Preamble: Personal and Historical Background
Not surprisingly, my personal interest and my passion for the complex nexus of consciousness and spirituality are born of some profoundly spiritual precognitive experiences - with over ten documented spiritual-psychic experiences. The pivotal, very detailed "What a nightmare- Mustard Seed" spiritual-psychic experience is Notarized and also happens to have a FOIPA stamp on it. As a quick point of order it would seem necessary to note that the DOJ-FBI appears to have decided - in their ultimate wisdom - to exclude the "What a nightmare" notarized warning from the FBI "central indexes" and - apparently - squash the exceptionally detailed What a nightmare - Mustard Seed' warning. Some of the [accurate] details are: group, fabricating bombs, money, woman, 22 were assembled, New York, death, as well as the weathermen terrorist manifesto. From the perhaps 30 experiences, my most remarkable experiences were 1. a warning about the assassination attempt of President Reagan, 2. a written warning about a Weathermen terrorist attack, and 3. a call to the CIA warning of 9/11. 4. Most recently an email to FBI agent McElwee foreseeing-warning of the Nashville Bombing that occurred on Christmas Day in the year 2020!
My pivotal "What a nightmare - Mustard Seed" precognitive warning-spiritual experience centers on the Weathermen terrorist group "Brink's Robbery as it is called. Below is a brief overview - excerpts from the FBI website and Wikipedia about the Weathermen.
Weather Underground Bombings
https://www.fbi.gov/history/famous-cases/weather-underground-bombings
On January 29, 1975, an explosion rocked the headquarters of the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C. No one was hurt, but the damage was extensive, impacting 20 offices on three separate floors. Hours later, another bomb was found at a military induction center in Oakland, California, and safely detonated.
A domestic terrorist group called the Weather Underground claimed responsibility for both bombs. Originally called the Weatherman or the Weathermen, a name taken from a line in a Bob Dylan song, the Weather Underground was a small, violent offshoot of Students for a Democratic Society, or SDS, a group created in the turbulent ‘60s to promote social change.
When SDS collapsed in 1969, the Weather Underground stepped forward, inspired by communist ideologies and embracing violence and crime as a way to protest the Vietnam War, racism, and other left-wing aims. “Our intention is to disrupt the empire ... to incapacitate it, to put pressure on the cracks,” claimed the group’s 1974 manifesto, Prairie Fire.
By the next year, the group had claimed credit for 25 bombings—including the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, the California Attorney General’s office, and a New York City police station.
Brinks robbery
Main article: Brink's robbery (1981)
Some members remained underground and joined splinter radical groups. The U.S. government states that years after the dissolution of the Weather Underground, three former members, Kathy Boudin, Judith Alice Clark, and David Gilbert, joined the May 19 Communist Organization, and on October 20, 1981 in Nanuet, New York, the group helped the Black Liberation Army rob a Brink's armored truck containing $1.6 million. The robbery was violent, resulting in the deaths of three people including Waverly Brown, the first black police officer on the Nyack police force.[22][131]
Boudin, Clark, and Gilbert were found guilty and sentenced to lengthy terms in prison. Media reports listed them as former Weatherman Underground members[132] considered the "last gasps" of the Weather Underground.[133] The documentary The Weather Underground described the Brink's robbery as the "unofficial end" of the Weather Underground.[4]
The Weather Underground was referred to as a terrorist group by articles in The New York Times, United Press International, and Time Magazine.[137][138][139] The group also fell under the auspices of the FBI-New York City Police Anti Terrorist Task Force, a forerunner of the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Forces. The FBI refers to the organization in a 2004 news story titled "Byte out of History" published on its website as having been a "domestic terrorist group" that is no longer an active concern.[140] Some members have disputed the "terrorist" categorization and justified the group's actions as an appropriate response to what they described as the "terrorist activities" of the war in Vietnam, domestic racism, and the deaths of black leaders.[141]
The group took its name from Bob Dylan's lyric, "You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows", from the song "Subterranean Homesick Blues" (1965). That Dylan line was also the title of a position paper distributed at an SDS convention in Chicago on June 18, 1969. This founding document called for a "White fighting force" to be allied with the "Black Liberation Movement" and other radical movements[9] to achieve "the destruction of U.S. imperialism and form a classless communist world".[10]
Atheists and Angels!
Since I have had 30 plus spiritual-psychic experiences over-all, some might be surprised that I have no problem with atheists. That being said, I do have problems with Dogmatic "Academic Materialists", who can be sickeningly intolerant and downright ignorant at times. In general, I feel that "how people think" is their business. In my writing all I do is lay out the "pieces of the puzzle" - as to some of the underlying processes in consciousness - especially as to how they relate to spirituality. Furthermore, not everybody is cut out for spirituality - so to speak. In fact, at one time, I was the perfect atheist, in a sense. When I was twenty nine years old, I didn't believe in psychic, prophecy, spirituality of any sort, God, miracles or Christ. Yet on October 18, 1981, I managed to produce the notarized "Mustard Seed -What a nightmare" spiritual precognitive experience.
The What a nightmare-Mustard Seed spiritual experience is by far my most exceptionally detailed and profoundly spiritual precognitive experience-warning - which in documented history is unprecedented and unrivaled - by far in detail. Some [accurate] details are: group, fabricating bombs, money, woman, 22 were assembled, New York, death, as well as the weathermen terrorist manifesto. The fact of the matter is that when I walked into the FBI office on October 18, 1981 with a notarized, written, very detailed precognitive-spiritual warning-prediction, consciously my views were actually very antagonistic to spiritual-psychic experiences. If you think about it - the miracle of the "What a nightmare-Mustard Seed" warning is that I walked into the FBI office and walked out without a net being thrown over me and being hauled off to the looney-bin.
I mean - think about it! I walked into an FBI office with no real prior experience with absolutely nothing in writing and having a stream of consciousness that at first glance (and second glance as well) appears like the utter ravings of a madman. It was a stream of consciousness and some of the lines were "monkey screams," "snake hiss," "exorcism," "Fight Hard Die Well!" When I asked the agent when I got to the line of "New York" or "Miami," the FBI agent who was seated across from me in one of the cubicles at the Toledo, Ohio FBI office, retorted angrily, "It is your dream!" Th FBI agent clearly didn't believe in psychic - but he played the part of a FBI agent and asked several questions - like about the timing.
Anyway, even though I consciously did not believe in psychic, spirt, prophecy or anything remotely spiritual at the time, there I was - sitting down and pointing out the only three lines In the "What a nightmare" that made any sense, to the FBI agent. I went over it calmly with the FBI agent - walking out without them throwing a net over you - and then it turns out to be the longest written-documented warning-prediction in history (written documents are like hens teeth - Nostradamus only had 4 line quatrains) stream of consciousness, and the only one at the time (prior to 9/11) about terrorism. For the record, in documented history, there are only 7 or 8 documented warnings about assassination.
On top of that, the spiritually perfect - or perhaps put even better, the perfect synchronicity of the Mustard Seed Parable in the last line. What makes the situation a complete Enigma is, at the time, that I had absolutely no idea whether it would come true or not. One factor I think that resulted in the exceptional detail is that at that particular time I had reached the point where I didn't care one way or the other which way it turned out. Many artists will tell you if you think about what you are painting it will never turn out right.
Unconscious and Spiritual Symbolism
Brief Review of Unconscious Processes from the article "The Unbearable Automaticity of Being," John A Bargh & Tanya L. Chartrand - p. 462 July 1999 American Psychologist)
The idea that social perception is a largely automated psychological phenomenon is now widely accepted. Many years of research have demonstrated the variety of ways in which behaviors are encoded spontaneously and without intention in terms of relevant trait concepts (e.g., Bargh & Thein, 1985; Winter & Uleman, 1984; Carlston & Skowronski, 1994; Uleman, Newman, & Moskowitz, 1996), how contextual priming of trait concepts changes the perceiver's interpretation of an identical behavior (through temporarily increasing their accessibility or readiness to be used; see Bargh, 1989; Higgins, 1989,1996; Wyer & Srull, 1989, for reviews), and how stereotypes of social groups become activated automatically on the mere perception of the distinguishing features of a group member (e.g., Bargh, 1994, 1999; Brewer, 1988; Devine, 1989). Perceptual interpretations of behavior, as well as assumptions about an individual's behavior based on identified group membership, become automated like any other representation if they are frequently and consistently made in the presence of the behavioral or group membership features.
Three major forms of automatic self-regulation are identified: an automatic effect of perception on action, automatic goal pursuit, and a continual automatic evaluation of one’s experience. From the accumulating evidence, the authors conclude that these various nonconscious mental systems perform the lion’s share of the self-regulatory burden, beneficially keeping the individual grounded in his or her current environment. (P.462)
“Imagine for a moment that you are a psychology professor who does experiments on conscious awareness. You keep finding that your subtle manipulations of people’s judgments and even behavior are successful –causing your experimental participants to like someone or to dislike that same person, to feel happy or sad, to behave rudely or with infinite patience. However, none of your participants have a clue as to what caused them to feel or behave.” The Unbearable Automaticity of Being, John A Bargh & Tanya L. Chartrand - p. 462 July 1999 American Psychologist)
Conclusions:
From research as well as from personal experience it is crystal clear that Unconscious Processes play a dominant role not only in everyday processes and behavior but Unconscious Processes are especially prevalent and influential in spiritual symbols and symbolism. I would assume that other people would be roughly similar to my self as far as spiritual symbols and symbolism in the Unconscious unconscious or Collective Unconscious (as Jung theorized). Though personality, life experience as well as upbringing would influence a person those same common symbols and symbolism would also be similarly highly energized by emotions - as William James, Carl Jung, Kalshed, and Furlotti all argue.
For the record, generally, I never tell people what they should believe. I would just say to people that the energized spiritual symbols and symbolism in the unconscious is something anybody can tap into for creativity, imagination, and - even – on occasion “enlightenment” (of any and every type imaginable As John Bargh, a researcher into the Unconscious Processes, puts it, there is a solid consensus among researchers from the various schools of thought in psychology researching Unconscious Processes that not only is the unconscious the work horse of human consciousness but also that there is a vast amount of information, intentions, motives, and, as Bargh argues, "planning!" Furthermore, the majority of the information processed by the unconscious is outside and beyond conscious mind. So what the conscious mind "thinks" or "doesn't think" isn't as relevant as some might think.
Brief Overview of Genetic Research on Spiritual and Religious Beliefs
Tim Spector, in the article, What Twins Reveal About the Science of Faith (Popular Science, August 8, 2013) states, “They [the researchers] estimated the heritability of spirituality to be around 40 to 50 percent, which is quite high considering how tricky it is to measure. Other U.S. studies using even more detailed questions in larger numbers have found similar or even stronger genetic influences. These studies demonstrate our variable but innate inherited sense of spirituality, which affects how we perceive the world, ourselves and the universe. This is independent of our formal religious beliefs and practices and, strangely, largely independent of family influence.”
Gilbert Todd Vance, in an article, Genetics of Religiosity, states that, “While it may at first appear that religiosity would not be influenced by genes, studies have shown that genetic effects contribute to individual differences in a wide array of traits and behaviors, including social attitudes, personality, vocational interests, IQ, and religiosity.” Furthermore, genetic studies of the hereditability of personality traits, including twin studies, including a large cross-cultural twin study completed in North America, Europe, and Asia by Yamagata S, Suzuki A, Ando J, Ono Y, Kijima N, Yoshimura K, Ostendorf F, Angleitner A, Riemann R, Spinath FM, Livesley WJ, et al. (2006), do strongly suggest that both heritability as well as environmental factors influence personality traits using the five-factor model of personality.
External Forces and Angels!
It is interesting that when I related the Mustard Seed experience to a psychology professor, who is somewhat of skeptic and his work focused on will agreed with my conclusion that there was a force at work beyond my ego-will in the "Mustard Seed" spiritual-psychic experience - and he agreed. I should mention that I've been told by several people I have angels (plural) looking out for me - something I agree with actually, though I am not really into angels and actually I wouldn't doubt that the angles put in some overtime as well. Of course, I had actually called the Toledo, Ohio, office prior to the assassination attempt of Reagan - and it has crossed my mind that might have been the same FBI agent I talked to in my call warning about the attack on President Reagan. Here is a link to the "Mustard Seed" Experience which has at the very bottom [the hard to read] the hand written and notarized stream of consciousness with a FOIPA stamp on it.

My Guardian Angel by Robert William Service
When looking back I dimly see
The trails my feet have trod,
Some hand divine, it seems to me,
Has pulled the strings with God;
Some angel form has lifeward leaned
When hope for me was past;
Some love sublime has intervened
To save me at the last.
For look you! I was born a fool,
Damnation was my fate;
My lot to drivel and to drool,
Egregious and frutrate.
But in the deep of my despair,
When dark my doom was writ,
Some saving hand was always there
to pull me from the Pit.
A Guardian Angel - how absurd!
I scoff at Power Divine.
And yet . . . a someone spoke the word
That willed me from the swine.
And yet, despite my scorn of prayer,
My lack of love or friend,
I know a Presence will be there,
To save me at the end.
Perspective
To understand the story behind the exceptionally detailed notarized Mustard Seed warning to the FBI, it is necessary to understand the circumstances of my situation back in 1981 are extremely salient - which would include, in this case, political factors. In retrospect - the situation was a ready-made prescription for disaster. Ronald Reagan was President and H. W Bush was vice-president. My father, Ted Peck, at that time a corporate vice-president at Owens Corning Fiberglas, was a classmate of H.W. Bush who was a former CIA Director. Now, politically it wouldn't be likely to want my story to become public because I also am from Phillips Andover Academy as both Bush presidents are. On top of that the CIA Director Casey under President Reagan was, as the writer Woodward pointed out - literally, a paranoid when it came to President Reagan - so in a twisted paranoid mind - the fact that I was form Phillips Andover Academy and had foreknowledge of a presidential assassination, would mean - to them - there was some devious plot with Vice President Bush trying to come to power through the assassination of President Reagan. Of course the fact that I called to warn about the assassination would be an irrelevant point of information and fact to a paranoid. People in National Security are known to have some pretty wacky conspiracy theories from time to time.
The bottom line is that the likelihood of getting any rational or reasonable decision in those circumstances was somewhere between slim to none. In politics, even in ordinary circumstances it is not easy for organizations to reach reasonable conclusions and make rational decisions. Most veterans will tell you that the V.A. has problems. Many employees of agencies will also tell you that institutions have problems. In this situation there was as much of a chance of getting a reasonable decision as a snowball in hell. My read is that it made perfect sense to everyone to "bury" it and pretend it never happened. I believe it would be safe to say I got screwed, blued, and tattooed one hundred times over on my way to Sunday. And what was put into motion back in 1981 is still a problem for me. It would be my guess some of the hacking and other B.S. is a product of that, to be honest.
The irony of the situation is the "What a nightmare" warning – which, again, is notarized with a FOIPA stamp on it, was the solution – on the face of it - to everybody's problems, as it were. It was so exceptionally detailed that any true analysis would show it had to be precognitive. on October 18, 1981. My "Mustard Seed" or "What a nightmare" notarized (with a FOIPA stamp on it) is an exceptionally detailed and very spiritual precognitive transcendental experience-warning. Some of the details in the precognitive stream of consciousness which turned out to be accurate are: group, fabricating bombs, money, woman, 22 were assembled, New York, death, as well as the title "What a nightmare" matching the weathermen terrorist manifesto. The “22 were assembled for instance, clearly related to the fact that the Weathermen terrorist gang had a shootout with the Nyack police force which the New York Times reported, after two officers were killed “had” 22 officers. Since neither the police nor the leaders of the weathermen “knew” there would be a shootout with the Nyack police force which had 22 officers.
As a salient point of information: The DOJ-FBI (agent McElwee told me all material goes through the DOJ) has been blowing smoke for years. Despite many letters and requests I can't get anything out of them. As far as I can figure my call to the FBI in 1981 as well as the "What a nightmare document is not in the central indexes. For that reason I feel it necessary to emphasize that the "What a Nightmare" document is notarized with a FOIPA stamp (by sheer chance and coincidence, of course). The "What a nightmare" document has been on display on its page since 2017. Lastly - for the record - the reason walked into the FBI with the my "What a nightmare - Mustard Seed" warning is because after calling the FBI to warn about Hinckley's assassination attempt on Reagan I was fearful of the government (no surprise there) and I wanted to make sure "they" realized it was "psychic." For the record, I connected with Baltimore FBI agent McElwee because my computer got hacked which got exposed by emails from US Senator Van Hollen's. I believe that happened two years - or so - ago. I do actually try to help the best I can, and stay on the good side of the FBI as well, so I send her forecasts or heads up - as best I can.
Abstract: "Mustard Seed - What a Nightmare" Precognitive Warning-Experience
The "Mustard Seed" or "What a nightmare" spiritual-psychic experience, which happened on October 18, 1981 is an exceptionally detailed and very spiritual precognitive transcendental experience-warning. Some of the details in the precognitive stream of consciousness which turned out to be accurate are: group, fabricating bombs, money, woman, 22 were assembled, New York, death, as well as the weathermen terrorist manifesto.
Besides these explicit details, as with much of historical prophecies, there appears to be some symbolic and metaphorical synchronicities in the "Mustard Seed" precognitive stream of consciousness. The statements, “Time is at hand! Time is at hand, Angels said.” - and - “Fight Hard, Die Well! A prophet spoke!” match the deaths of the two policemen ("Time is at hand" - twice by an angel) and the death of one Brink's guard (“Fight Hard, Die Well” a prophet spoke). Of course angels could be said to outrank prophets same as policemen outrank Armored car guards. That kind of precise detail of identifying - albeit metaphorically - specific people or types of people who would be prominent in the event is quite literally "unheard of" in the long centuries of documented historical precognitive warnings-predictions.
A Divine Insight: Mustard Seed Parable
What "Makes" the Mustard Seed - What a Nightmare experience was actually the very last line which highlights the Mustard Seed [Parable] - which turned out to be perfect for my particular situation. The Mustard Seed Parable is perhaps the most simple and straightforward of Christ's many parables. Christ's Mustard Seed Parable: Mark 4:30–32: "How will we liken the Kingdom of God? Or with what parable will we illustrate it? It's like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, though it is less than all the seeds that are on the earth, yet when it is sown, grows up, and becomes greater than all the herbs, and puts out great branches, so that the birds of the sky can lodge under its shadow."
I didn't really grasp the significance and meaning of the Mustard Seed Parable until recently - decades later. In my research into psychology, an important discovery for me is the Synthesis-Consensus of Viktor Frankl, Carl Jung, William James, and Emile Durkheim. Carl Jung, perhaps, stated the synthesis-consensus best, when he stated that "spirit [spiritual processes] give meaning to [his] life!" So, what makes the Mustard Seed parable particularly illuminating insight is that it dovetails perfectly with the synthesis-consensus statement "spirit creates meaning and a sense of reality." Of course, that also dovetails with Christ's statement that "Spirit is Truth" in John 5:6. Of course this would also tie into Luke 17:21,
“The Kingdom of God is within you.”
- Which brings into focus Christ's pivotal point about spirit,
“The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing." (John 6:63).
Historically - for the record - the Mustard Seed Transcendental Spiritual Experience is unprecedented and unrivaled - in documented history. For instance Jeremiah prophesied about the "foe from the north" as well as the 70 year exile (which taken at face value was a couple years off. Also, time and time again, Jeremiah Prophesied the Fall of Jerusalem and the Jewish people of Judah - as a punishment of God because the Jewish people had broken their covenant with God by worshiping idols. In contrast, the Mustard Seed Experience has 10 details - some of the details are very precise - which in historical documented experiences is unprecedented. Also, for the record, I also argue that the environemtn has changed dramatically, as well.
The Mustard Tree --- John 3: 8 The wind blows where it wishes. You hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”
I must confess that I can testify to that at some length because, from personal experiences, at times stuff comes at you - in the mind - and I'm not always sure where it came from or what it is about.
Quantum Spirituality: Perspective and Balance!
In a sense, many physicists in acquiring 'knowledge' derived from quantum physics, appears to have come full circle, and modern physicists now have to confront and irresolvable problem and the Paradox of Chaos. Now that modern scientists are now facing the unknowable Unknown, and looked point blank into the abyss and the void, the physicists themselves have seem to think that, perhaps, after all, those prehistoric human beings may not have been completely off base an unrealistic as they have earlier thought. Physicists seem to have learned to put spirituality and religious beliefs in perspective because of how the mind deals with utter chaos and the void.
Neil Bohr's observation about Reality and Truth, in light of discoveries about the "Real" Ultimate Physical Reality which have been made by Quantum Physics, was that as a result of discoveries, "Everything we call real is made of things that cannot be regarded as real!" The bottom line is that quantum mechanics and quantum entanglement are beyond the cause and effect of ordinary orthodox physics. Wolfgang Pauli was careful to make a distinction that “although [particle physics] allows for an acausal form of observation, it actually has no use for the concept of ‘meaning’!” That is, human understanding and comprehension of reality is, likely, in the end only an interpretation. The Nobel prize-winning physicist Brian Josephson, who won the Nobel prize for Quantum tunneling, concluded as a result of his understanding of quantum physicists that precognition and mental telepathy are actual real hypothetical theoretical possibilities.
Walczak, echoing the physicist Pauli stated: "To do full justice to reality, we must engage it from different perspectives. That is the philosophical principle of complementarity. It is a lesson in humility that quantum theory forces to our attention Complementarity is both a feature of physical reality and a lesson in wisdom. You have to view the world in different ways to do it justice, and the different ways can each be very rich, can each be internally consistent, can each have its own language and rules. But they may be mutually incompatible — and to do full justice to reality, you have to take both of them into account."
Max Planck, a German physicist whose discovery of energy quanta won him the Nobel Prize in 1918. Physics in 1918. Planck’s fame came from his creation of quantum theory and quantum mechanics. Planck came to the conclusion that “consciousness [is] fundamental. [And that] matter is derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.
Later Planck observed, “As a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clear-headed science, to the study of matter, I can tell you as a result of my research about atoms this much: There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.”

Reflections and Commentary
Footnote: the FBI, wiretaps, hacking, and all the rest of that horse-hockey!
Recently, I was missing a file - a word program - that was an important one as well as a couple of others. A "documented" instance is that a couple of years ago, I got two emails from two different legislative aides of two different U.S. Senators with images attached I couldn't open. When I clicked on them images from a screenshots file I did not know existed and didn't put there (I actually don't know how to do a screenshot). A knowledgeable person I talked to said that definitely was a hack.
There are a lot of strange things that happen. There are also a couple of 'incidents' that go back to around 2001 and 1984. When I copied my "What a nightmare" link onto two FB groups when I posted the link, the last part of the "What a nightmare" URL had a Japanese cartoon character on it. An article I read in the Washington post (pre-9/11 I believe) the article stated that a Congressional investigation revealed that a fair amount of unauthorized wiretapping had occurred. With 'intelligence' it would be much more difficult to supervise. For instance a fair amount is subcontracted out and 'intelligence' includes a large number of different agencies (170 or so?).
I complained about it. The point I emphasized is that much of this most likely is occurring because, to my knowledge my "What a nightmare" document is not in the FBI central indexes. I didn't really think about it until after 9/11. My reasoning is that since I got my "What a nightmare" document by directly contacting the office of Cleveland FOIPA and not through my FOIPA request, that it wasn't in the central indexes (unclassified). Furthermore, if it had been in the central indexes, the Secret Service agent who I spoke to in 1984 would not have given me 's**t.
When I spoke to Baltimore FBI agent Michelle M., after I sent in my complaint to the Inspector General, she avoided saying anything about "What a nightmare," and downplayed hacking. It is clear The U.S. government is suppressing information about "What a nightmare."

When I copied my "What a nightmare" link onto two FB groups when I posted the link, the last part of the "What a nightmare" URL had a Japanese cartoon character on it. In 1984 I heard a loud buzzing noise on the telephone, and after I called the CIA I watched as all my emails disappeared one by one. FBI agent Michelle M. said she had never heard of that before. I told her those events were real and my interpretation was that these events were less than random and happened intentionally.

When I spoke to Baltimore FBI agent Michelle M. after I sent in my complaint she avoided saying anything about "What a nightmare," and downplayed hacking. So, I have a notarized precognitive document, and FOIPA stated it wasn't in the central indexes, and I haven't gotten any response from either intelligence committees, or my federal reps. On top of that when I first talked to FBI agent Michelle, she remarked offhand about my "entertaining stories. My conclusion is that she doesn't have access to the "What a nightmare" document. It is clear The U.S. government is suppressing information about "What a nightmare."
Lastly, when I spoke to the FBI agent in Toledo back in 1981, as I recall I said something that in retrospect would indicate that then President Reagan or someone in his administration was going to bury it, as it were, and in that way suppress my experience due to what I believe were probably severe prejudices due to religious beliefs. I ran across a website about "religious spirit" which stated that "religious spirit" is bad because people with "religious spirit" try to make changes (and we all know how perfect Christianity is at the moment).
What is somewhat of a bitter irony is that, in 36 years of talking to a dozen or so psychologists/psychiatrists and also about the same number of "Christian leaders" not one asked me a single question about my experience and not one of the "Christian" leaders mentioned the "Mustard Seed" (Parable) at the end, which is, in a way, the pinnacle and whole point of the "What a nightmare - Mustard Seed" Transcendental Spiritual Experience. So, whoever made the decision to "spike" it (in intelligence terminology) had no idea what the spiritual experience was about or what I was about.
In a nutshell, I have been bullied, intimidated, and even threatened from time to time, for roughly 38 years now and not one of the hypocrites - professionals - I dealt with had any idea of what I was about. Furthermore, as it turned out none of them had any facts or "numerous" studies done as Park and Paloutzian pointed out that demonstrate a "normalcy" to spiritual-psychic experiences - which is direct contradiction of mainstream psychology/psychiatry norms that spiritual experiences are "superstitious nonsense" or worse, "mental illness."
At the end of the day, I have an exceptionally detailed and remarkable Transcendental Spiritual Experience, which is completely unique and which has never been done before -and does the DOJ-FBI do? - for all practical purposes done (and continue to do) everything they can to "bury it." Good thing I had the foresight to notarize the "What a nightmare -Mustard Seed" Transcendental Spiritual Experience! - huh? When it comes to transcendental spiritual experiences, not everything is all sweetness and light.

Words,
Of hopes and dreams,
Yearning ever for the miraculous growth of spring being reborn
And “touch”
Reaching, Reaching - ever to touch
Another’s spirit or soul
To connect
To be within the greater whole
And the Being of All
To one with creation and life
Among the carves of the
rich purple, I met you.
There my appetite was
Sated of anything but only you who I crave for, I felt I was going
to smell miraculous fragrance that could settle down the advanced level of my smattered thoughts of you.
but I turned round and round
I found neither flowers nor
bottles of perfumes, I smelt them
Jasmine, I saw them as a ripe plant
entangling on my shoulder.
I just remembered when the call
called for prayers, I knew it was
your sweat resembling a sweet sugar
cold bubbles lemonade refreshing
on poor people that hard life
dried their crack of misery and pale.
I carefully chiseled out your name on an eternal sand with much love .

Spirituality and Consciousness
I am very passionate about spirituality, and I write extensively about the myriad of aspects and diverse views. Spirituality and the inter-connections with consciousness is such as complex question, that I could write for the rest of this lifetime and several additional lifetimes and still not be done. I write about a number of different aspects of spirituality as well as the metaphysical and mystical dimensions of human consciousness and the Divine Transcendent. The following abbreviated catalogue of some of my essays should convey the focus and gist of my writing, which looks longer than it really is because I have very lengthy titles.
Of over 68 essays on the spirittruthandmeaning site, here are some of those essays,
(1) “Art II - Myth, Mystery, Creativity, Imagination, and Meaning….” is a very popular essay, as well as
(2) “The Body-Mind-Spirit Paradigm - From Roots in Hunter-Gatherer Spiritual Beliefs to New Age Medicine & Spirituality, Mindfulness, Neuroscience & Contemporary Spiritual & Christian Leaders” and
(3) “Prophecy, Madness, the Holy Spirit - St. Joan of Arc, the Contemporary White Rider of Revelations, Prophets, and Assassins: Is Hearing Voices - Translating Political and Social Signals and Perception” and
(4) "Spiritual-Psychic Experiences, People, the Parietal Complex and Neuroscience, & the Distress Factor - Circumstances of Grieving, Depression, Recovering Addicts, Autistics, NF Personalities" Another popular essay is
(5) “May the Force Be with You! Bargh: "Genes primarily drive our behavior through motivations" - Furlotti: "Affect [motivation] emerges from archetypes - a priori principles of nature, the world, [& mind]!” Then there is:
(6) “Understanding the Dimensions in Meanings in Life & Grasping Processes -& Envisioning (LOA and psycho-cybernetics) - Insights by "Greats" - Jung, Frankl, Geertz, Dr. Wong, Steger….” and
(7) “Chaos Theory Linked to Jungian Synchronicity Theory, The Meaning of Life - The Number 42, - w/ a review of Meaning: Viktor Frankl, Dr. Paul Wong, Crystal Park, Self-Organizing Collective Consciousness”
Perspective and Approach
“Embracing divergent perspectives…is a key to understanding reality!”
- Physicist Frank Walczak
Perspective – and “attitude” as Frankl emphasized - are vital in all human endeavor and social affairs, but that attitude of open-ended acceptance and tolerance is absolutely necessary and essential in spiritual and religious beliefs and spirituality which of all activities and beliefs has the most variance and divergence. The Physicist Frank Walczak, echoing the physicist Wolfgang Pauli’s statement that “although [particle physics] allows for an acausal form of observation, it actually has no use for the concept of ‘meaning’!” observed that "To do full justice to reality, we must engage it from different perspectives. But they may be mutually incompatible — and to do full justice to reality, you have to take both of them into account.
Personal Perspective: Documented Spiritual-Psychic Experiences
William James: Spiritual Experiences Create and Shape a Sense of Reality
Not all that surprisingly, a lot of my personal interest stems from a number of personal spiritual-psychic experiences -which I confess occur somewhat haphazardly, though there is a definite and readily apparent consistency of being reflections of political perceptions - more precisely, most often as perceptions of threats to the group. My first real spiritual-psychic precognitive experience happened on October 18, 1981. As happens with a number of others who have spiritual-psychic experiences, put me on the path of a spiritual quest.
Since then, I have had a mixed bag of spiritual-psychic experiences, perhaps as many as thirty mostly verbal and rather inconsequential spiritual-psychic experiences. Of those, ten or so spiritual-psychic experiences are documented precognitive dreams and perceptions.
What might surprise many, is that I, personally, do not identify with being “psychic” and though as a result of my experiences I concluded that there is a transcendental Intelligence [God]. That being said, I personally believe it is rather presumptuous to talk about God since, in the end, I - nor anyone else - as St. Augustine and St Gregory of Nyssa pointed out - really "knows" God in any realistic way! Furthermore, even though I have had "transcendental spiritual -psychic" experiences, I, personally, do not identify in an absolute way with a Transcendental Spirit or Force in any other-worldly sense.
Spirituality as Drive, Life-Force and Creativity
Manifested in Spiritual and Biblical Leaders
Rather, I personally view spirit and spirituality as working through human consciousness – as well as through peoples' spirit and view them in terms of Creativity-Imagination, Drive & Life-Force. Personally, I love poets and artists. I have a poetry page on the website here, in which I post others' poems, as well as some of my own on my FB Home page as well. I identify with the spirituality of artists since my writing - and consciousness - tends to center on creativity, imagination, and innovation. Historically there are tons of evidence that supports a direct connection between creativity and spirituality. (poetry page = https://www.spirittruthandmeaning.com/poems)
First off, in the Bible - or Torah - there are plentiful sources fo creativity in the form of poetry. The Torah preserves several lengthy poems, including the Testament of Jacob (Gen. 49:2–27), the Song of the Sea (Ex. 15:1–18), the Song of Moses (Deut. 32), and Moses' Blessing (Deut. 33). We also find a number of shorter poetic compositions or fragments, such as the Song of Lamech (Gen. 4:23–24), Miriam's Song at the Sea (Ex. 15:21), the Song of the Ark (Num. 10:35–36); the Song at the Well (Num. 21:17–18), the Victory Song over Moab (Num. 21:27–30), and the Oracles of Balaam (Num. 23:7–10, 18–24; 24:3–9, 15–24). In some instances, often in the course of a dialogue, a few poetic verses interrupt the surrounding prose narrative, as when the man names the woman (Gen. 2:23), God speaks to Cain (Gen. 4:6–7), or Rebekah's family bids her farewell (Gen. 24:60).(Virtual Jewish Library: https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/poetry#The_Presence_of_Poetry_in_the_Tanakh_An_Overview)
Historically - there is an abundance of spiritual leaders throughout the diverse and different cultures of the world in all religions have expressed their spirituality in creative poetry: St. Teresa of Avila, Hildegard of Bingen, Angelus of Silesius, Mother Teresa, Thomas Merton, Therese of Lisieux, Hadewijch of Antwerp, Mother Julian of Norwich, St. John the Cross, Therese of Lisieux, St. Catherine of Siena, Meister Eckhart, Mechthild of Magdeburg,.....and Yes, even Pope Joh Paul II. Buddha - or Bodidharma - was a poet as well as many Zen Masters such as Dogen, Ryoken, Huang Po, Thich Nhat Hanh, and many others. Rumi is probably the best known Sufi poet but the Poet-Seer website lists 13 other Sufi poet-seers including Ibn Arabi, and Al Hallaj. Confucius, Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu, Wu Men, Wang Wei were some of the Chinese spiritual leaders who used the creation medium of poetry to convey their ideas. om Hindu spiritual leaders who expressed their creativity in poetry were: Kalidasa, Kamalakanta, Kanakadasa, Mahadevi, Ramprasad, Sri Chaitanya, and Swami Satchidananda! The bottom line is that historically the abundant evidence clearly indicates that there is a connection between spirituality and creativity.
Also, partly as a result of long years (decades actually) of intense questioning and doubts I do believe that the Mustard Seed spiritual-psychic experiences is an expression of the Holy Spirit and that the Holy spirit is real – and in my view integrated to some extent or another in the Collective Consciousness. Lastly when I came across Christ’s statement in John 23 “Yet a time is coming……….. 24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” The concepts of “Spirt and truth” can embrace in one way or another just about any ideology, for the record. I should probably begin with the most recent spiritual-psychic experience in an email sent to FBI agent McElwee.
Nashville Bombing Warning Emailed to FBI on 10-30-20
I should briefly overview some of my personal spiritual-psychic experiences and I should probably begin with the most recent spiritual-psychic experience in an email sent to FBI agent McElwee. My most recent Precognitive Warning to FBI in an email on 10-30-20 foreshadowed the Nashville Bombing which occurred on 12-25-2020.
In a mini-stream of consciousness an email precognitive warning to FBI agent McElwee on 10-30-20: "terrorism - domestic - and specifically bombs....My senses are tingling, as it were, and red lights are flashing [metaphorically speaking] and I feel that there is something up that may turn out to be important... Of course, "What a nightmare" [1981 warning] symbolizes terrorism - domestic - and specifically bombs" (<charlie.peckjr@comcast.net> To: "mvmcelwee@fbi.gov Date: 10/30/2020)
1, Article "FBI: Nashville bomber driven by conspiracies, paranoia" by Eric Tucker and Michael Balsamo (Associated Press) To the best of my recollection, this is the first time the FBI has publicly stated that, in essence they have no idea why Warner did what he did.
"The man who blew himself up in a Christmas Day bombing in downtown Nashville was grappling with feelings of paranoia and eccentric conspiracy theories before the explosion but did not appear to be motivated by political ideology. ....Though the blast damaged dozens of buildings, it took place early on a holiday morning well before downtown streets would be bustling with activity and was preceded by a recorded announcement warning anyone in the area that a bomb would soon detonate..... [Now = March 15, 2021] Nearly three months after the explosion, the blast site still remains closed off to traffic and Nashville’s bustling tourists. Boarded-up windows now decorate the Civil War-era buildings along the historic Second Avenue street for several blocks. Chain-link fences line the street while cleanup efforts continue, signaling many more weeks, if not months, of repairs before businesses can start reopening.
FBI spokesperson Joel Siskovic said the investigation found no indication that AT&T had anything to do with Warner's selection of the location. The FBI statement also said the investigation concluded that Warner's actions were not related to terrorism. The [FBI] report found that Warner was driven in part by his longtime beliefs in several “eccentric” conspiracy theories and paranoia, as well as “the loss of stabilizing anchors and deteriorating interpersonal relationships.” (https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory/fbi-nashville-bomber-driven-conspiracies-paranoia-76468250)
2. FBI report: FBI Memphis Public Affairs Officer Elizabeth Clement Webb March 15, 2021
FBI Releases Report on Nashville Bombing
Based on analysis of the information and evidence gathered throughout the investigation, the FBI assesses Warner’s detonation of the improvised explosive device was an intentional act in an effort to end his own life, driven in part by a totality of life stressors – including paranoia, long-held individualized beliefs adopted from several eccentric conspiracy theories, and the loss of stabilizing anchors and deteriorating interpersonal relationships.
The FBI assesses Warner specifically chose the location and timing of the bombing so that it would be impactful, while still minimizing the likelihood of causing undue injury. The FBI’s analysis did not reveal indications of a broader ideological motive to use violence to bring about social or political change, nor does it reveal indications of a specific personal grievance focused on individuals or entities in and around the location of the explosion.
"It is important to note that only Warner [Nashville bomber] knows the real reason why he detonated his explosive device. However, at this time, the FBI is confident, based on evidence collected, Warner’s own writings, and interviews with those who knew him best, that the above assessment is accurate."
Questions, Speculation and Perspective on Warner's Motive
What I found most interesting is that Warner blew himself up on Christmas Day - clearly no accident - everything was too well organized and planned. So, Warner must have been making some unconscious "statement" about Christ. There actually could be many different interpretations. One interpretation would be that Warner is saying that Christ doesn't exist anymore !"- or - "Where was Christ when Warner needed him?" Perhaps even it was a quesiton: "Who is Christ anyway?" Clearly a message is that society has effectively "erased" Chrsit - because Warner actually said nothing abtu Christ or Christianity."
3, International Article: Increase in self-radicalised ‘lone wolf’ attackers
An article from Vision of Humanity observed that "Data from the Global Terrorism Index shows the rise of individual, unaffiliated terrorist attackers in the West. More terrorist attacks are being committed at the hands of ‘lone wolf’ attackers in the West, according to the latest Global Terrorism Index."
"Long-term data reveals the proportion of unaffiliated attacks, or attacks committed by individuals unaffiliated to a terrorist group, has risen from under five per cent in the mid-1970s to above 70 per cent for the period between 2014 and 2018."
"The rise reflects two distinct trends: the fall in organised far-left political terrorism, and the increase in far-right mass or spree shootings, usually carried out by an individual who was self-radicalised or radicalised primarily via the Internet, rather than by in-person contact with other far-right individuals or groups." (https://www.visionofhumanity.org/increase-in-self-radicalised-lone-wolf-attackers-2/)
Questions, Patterns, Historical Cycles, and the Collective Consciousness
The derivative - or root - of the word "quest" would be the word "question" - of course. As Flynn, a 55 year old stable married man explained to me, at the age of nine he had a dream - or nightmare - that his mother would be murdered, which unfortunately came true. He has had several other spiritual-psychic experiences, and Flynn emphasized that - to this day he still asks himself the question "Why!" I, and several others are the same. When I first had my pivotal, exceptionally detailed and profoundly spiritual (though it took years to work out) Mustard seed Experience in 1981, as Fraser Watts and J. E. Kennedy observe often happens with first time experiences, I was taken aback. The human brain Must do something with each and every experience that a person has, and I was no exception. For a couple of months I intensely doubted and questioned my experience. In my case I nearly literally drove myself crazy until I realized that my experience - the Absolute Truth [God)] and the Ultimate Physical Reality were far, far beyond my comprehension - and I pretty much shut down the rational-cognitive processes which were desperately trying to resolve what is an unsolvable problem. It crossed my mind once that - Perhaps, from a certain point of view, this was God's way of giving people unsolvable koans as in Zen - such as "What is the sound of one hand clapping?" I mean - heck, it worked for me.
I still question everything and try to at least look at every possible approach or every hypothetical possibility, so I try to figure out how all this Political Intuition-Precognition works, so I am always looking for clues or patterns and so on. In one essay - after studying assassination, I wrote the following essay which explored rudimentary patterns in assassination such as the Garfield's assassin, Guiteau, when - on the face of it - it would appear that both the disgruntled assassin of Garfield as well as president's Garfield's proposed office seeking reform may have been set in motion by a public awareness of the problem as it were. Similarly Hinckley, obsessed with a Hollywood actress tried to assassinate the Hollywood actor President Ronald Reagan. Assuming there is a collective consciousness the powerful archetypes perhaps put into motion by frightening new archetypes of total destruction such as nuclear bombs may have set both parties in motion, as it were.
Then there was President Theodore Roosevelt's attempted assassin Schrank was set into motion by the ghost of President McKinley, a devout capitalist, who had been assassinated by the socialist-anarchist Leon Czolgosz. So the ghost of a devout capitalist leader set in an assassination attempt of the first really progressive President, Theodore Roosevelt. In politics they do say paybacks are hell! But, revenge from beyond the grave - with President McKinley sending his ghost out to set Schrank in motion - that's a bit far fetched. Or is it?? Part of it depends on whether you believe in a collective consciousness or not?

Might Makes Right Historical Cycle: Athens c. 478 BC to America c. 2017
Athenian Debate About the Athenian Attack On Lesbos
Preface: There are times when I go and “do something” and don’t really think it through - until later. Though several artists articulate the point of view that "thinking" disrupts the creative processes, one of these days, that could potentially land me in hot water. When I finally sat down and thought about my Might Makes Right letters, I was a little baffled that I could not remember ever having heard about Lesbos or the Might Makes Right argument. In reviewing the letters, the letter I sent to the French didn't say anything about historically cycles (that was before Haley spoke at the UN I believe)
Being curious, I researched Greek history specifically for the historical situation of Lesbos. Lesbos. When I came across the Athenian debate over what action to take over Lesbos, I found the similarities in world-views of contemporary politicians very remarkable. Trump and some of the Republican leaders are saying exactly the same thing with the same attitude. It’ almost as if the same personality types are recast in a parallel situation in modern day. What makes the Might Makes Right warning truly unique - and remarkable - would be the specific detail on the particular Greek history on Lesbos - because it highlights the "Might Makes Right" arguments used by Athenian politicians by the Athenians. The Might Makes Right worldview and state of mind is a very serious - and violent - real archetypal-ideological force in today's world.
The Delian League was formed in 478 BC as an alliance of city states that numbered over 300 at one point to liberate Greek Cities from the Persians and for mutual defense against the Persians. However, the Delian League degenerated from a mutual alliance into the Athenian Empire after Athens took over the League’s treasury and compelled the city states to pay their dues (in money or ships). The injustice and unfairness of the Athenians in dealing with members of the Delian League must have engendered a large amount of resentment, since major beneficiary was certainly Athens. Pericles launched a massive re-building project of the city, in part funded by the Delian League treasury.
The Athenians consistently bullied, intimidated, and threatened their allies. Naxos rebelled and attempted to secede from the Delian League in c. 467 BCE. Athens response was to attack the island and reduce it to a semi-dependent city state. Later, the island of Thasos which wanted to keep control of its mines and trade centres and tried to gain some independence. The Athenians attacked Thasos and laid siege to the city for three years after which the city finally surrendered. In 428, Mytilene, one of five major cities on the Greek Island of Lesbos revolted against this BCE. After a debate in the Athenian Assembly the revolt was brutally suppressed. Lesbos - except the city of Methymna which had remained loyal - was reduced to the status of a subservient colony. It seems clear that a resurgence of this same mind-set - this Might Makes Right attitude is taking shape in US history right now.
There were, in fact, two armed revolts against the Athenians by their 'allies' who the Athenians had abused horribly. Without question, The Athenians, at that time, had let power got to their heads and had adopted a "Might makes Right" state of mind. It is said that attitude is everything. In the case of the Athenians at that time the Power had become the one and only reality for them.
In the annals of Athenian history, Cleon, an Athenian politician, in a debate in the Athenian council about a punitive (and as it turned out bloody) action to be taken against Lesbos, an "ally" of theirs argued, “We are an empire, we are at war, these are the laws you have passed, you need to uphold them or you put the city and empire in jeopardy.” In Plato's book, the Republic, the philosopher Thrasymachus perhaps argued the power position more forcefully: Injustice, if it is on a large enough scale, is stronger, freer, and more masterly than justice' and goes on to state: Justice is nothing but the advantage of the stronger; Justice is obedience to laws; and Justice is nothing but the advantage of another."
Warning Letters to Embassies of Allies March 2017 & Trump’s Abusive Calls to Allies’ Leaders
In letters that I mailed to the embassies of our allies in Mid-March 2017, I stated: "I read an article which said that Trump’s envoy to the United Nations was going to “take names” and dictate terms to the nations of the world. That is an utter disgrace. When it comes down to it, at times, Americans can be downright arrogant. Some Americans think they have all the power and all the answers. The truth of it is Americans don’t even have the right question. History repeats itself and has definite cycles. I believe America is in the cycle of might-makes-right. After the Athenians defeated the Persians they rose to the leadership of the Greek world. They used their power to bully and dictate terms to their allies. The Athenians ended up massacring all the inhabitants of Lesbos on the argument that might-makes-right. Their policies ended up backfiring."
Intelligence Leaks July 30, 2020: The title of an article in the Indy 100, Independent, stated that “Trump accused of 'near-sadistic' bullying of Angela Merkel for 'vicious attacks' in private phone call” The article went on to say How Bernstein of CNN observed that Although Trump "regularly bullied and disparaged" other leaders like Emmanuel Macron, Justin Trudeau and Scott Morrison, his most "vicious attacks" were reserved for women, the report claims. Bernstein quoted one of his sources as calling Trump's phone calls with Merkel and May "near-sadistic".
Some of the things he said to Angela Merkel are just unbelievable: he called her 'stupid,' and accused her of being in the pocket of the Russians. He's toughest with those he looks at as weaklings and weakest with the ones he ought to be tough with. The intelligence leak from foreign intelligence sources led to further revelations such as how Trump called May a “fool” on a phone call which was alter verified by former National Security advisor Bolton in his book. Bolton went on to say how he, former Secretary of State Tillerson, former Defense Secretary General Mattis, as well as another former top national security advisor all agreed that Trump is “delusional” – off his rocker in common parlance. So, it turned out I was right and then some in my letters to allies.
That is Exactly Trump and McConnell's attitudes and beliefs: "Justice is nothing but the advantage of the stronger!" Convicted out of his own mouth, as the impeachment trial was getting ready to get underway at the Senate, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) stated outright that no one should "expect him to handle President Trump’s impeachment trial as an impartial juror: “I’m not an impartial juror. This is a political process,” McConnell told reporters Tuesday while fielding questions about the upcoming trial. Trump's flagrant and blatant abuse of power has been recently perfectly illustrated by his attempt to destroy the election by hijacking the Post Office. Many seem to think historical cycles is a philosophical theory.
In a word, it is politics -and politics is POWER! McConnell, Paul Rand, Ryan, and Nunes hadn't the slightest intention of being fair or being concerned in the least for right and wrong. So Senator McConnell and the republican senator granted and acquittal for a president who uses National Security as his personal plaything. And what about: Andrew Milburn, a former top Marine officer who denounced President Donald Trump's decision to pull American troops out of Syria amid a Turkish attack on the Kurds, "saying it amounts to a betrayal of allies that will harm U.S. national security." and What about the 300 Former foreign service and Intelligence Officials who condemned Trump's use of the State Department as his personal "toy" or all practical purposes. All the Republican Senators are perfectly fine with that. The republican Senators have accepted and condoned corruption on a scale never seen before in America - all for POWER!
I had gotten contact emails with Senator Van Hollen, Senator Warren, and later Senator Hassan after I sent the allies a letter saying we are in a historical cycle similar to the Athenians after they defeated the Persians and bullied intimidated and threatened their allies - and I sent copies to several senators and congressmen. In late July 2020 leaks from foreign intelligence revealed that Trump had called British PM May a "fool", and German chancellor Merkel, "stupid"
